The purpose of building an engineering technology research center is to deepen the reform of the scientific and technological system, strengthen the construction of the technological innovation system and capacity, strengthen the intermediate links in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and improve the maturity, compatibility and engineering level of existing scientific and technological achievements. Provide technical support for large-scale production, cultivate and attract a group of high-level and high-level scientific and technological talents, and promote the construction of the scientific and technological innovation system in our province.

(1) It is possible to integrate the synergy of the entire industry, so as to maintain a faster development rate, to encourage mergers and alliances of production enterprises, and to achieve economies of scale as soon as possible to increase production concentration and market share.

(2) The engineering technology research center will develop into an engineering technology research center integrating scientific research, production and sales, and will develop into an education base for cultivating ultrasound professionals, and provide excellent scientific researchers for the country. It will reverse the situation that the basic research work of ultrasound diagnostic technology in China has stagnated due to the loss of basic research talents, which has laid the foundation for the long-term development of China's ultrasound diagnostic instrument industry.

(3) The knowledge of the Engineering Technology Research Center will no longer follow the old conservative structure, and will realize knowledge sharing in different ways, so that my country's innovative technologies will be rapidly popularized and developed.

(4) The cooperation between engineering technology research center and universities will be further promoted, expanding the source of knowledge and technology, making it easier to gather the highlights of knowledge and technology, so that China's ultrasound technology can be developed healthily.
